Chocolate Cherry Porter
A combination of chocolate and brown malts with Willamette hops and real cherries give this robust porter a fine bitterness and tartness.
SRM: 56 ABV: 6.2% IBU: 42
C’est L’amor
A Strong Belgian Golden Ale. Mild noble hops and simple malts allow the unique flavor of the Belgian Yeast to speak for itself! A pleasantly fruity and estery aroma.
SRM: 6 ABV: 9.5% IBU: 24
Belgian Rye
Malted rye contributes a pleasant spicy flavor which is enhanced by Belgian yeast and a hint of ginger added to the boil. A combination of Abbey and special B malts contribute to a complex and rich malt character.
SRM: 12.5 ABV: 6.0% IBU: 20
High Step Hefeweizen
Our Imperial Hefeweizen is brewed with home roasted malts and mild noble hops. Belgian yeast imparts aromatic notes of banana. Be careful, that last step is a doozy.

Russian Imperial Stout
This high gravity stout has a vast array of roasted malts providing a chocolaty, creamy, dark stout that is balanced nicely by its bitterness from American Hops.

Scotch Ale
A ‘peated malt ale’ no classic style for this brew! Peated malt is dried over a peat fire which imparts a sweet and smoky taste to this beer. A flavor reminiscent to that of a fine scotch!

6-4-3 Double IPA
A combination of American, German, and UK hops provide a balance to this beer’s robust malt character.

Belly River Oatmeal Stout
A full bodied, dark stout with creamy texture balanced by a slightly roasty taste. We toasted the oats to contribute a special flavor and smooth malt character. And everyone knows that raw oats on the Belly River are a recipe for disaster…

Chocolate Covered Raspberries
A sweet stout with a pronounced malt character and subdued hop flavor. Cocoa and real raspberries make this stout a beer for special occasions!

This Belgian double is brewed with Special B malt and Belgian Amber Rock Candi which lend to a delicious malt character. Sweet orange peel and brewer’s licorice add a unique and pleasant finish to this ale.

Düsseldorf Altbier
An Alt Style beer that is brewed with the finest German malts and hops. The bigger, hoppier, and maltier, brother to the Bandwagon’s Kolsch style beer, “The Seven.”

A customer submitted recipe. This steam style pale ale was brewed with chamomile and peaches.

Gruit To-It
This brew is modeled after an ancient drink that contain herbs instead of hops. An intriguing concoction of rosemary, heather tips, sweet gale, juniper berries and yarrow contribute a truly unique flavor to this drink.

Harvest Ale
A Ithacan Pale Ale that not only tested our brewing skills, but also our gardening skills… We used over one pound of fresh Nugget hops that were grown in our back yard!

Peach Wheat
An American Wheat Ale brewed with Honey malt and mild German Hops. We also added sixteen pounds of local peaches from Westhaven Farm to give this brew a delicate and refreshing flavor and aroma. This brew is more than likely make an appearance again next peach season!
